By accessing and using MeetRepeat, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Service

MeetRepeat is a meeting planning and coordination platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using MeetRepeat, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Meeting data including messages, votes, and participant information is stored securely and only accessible to members of that specific meeting.

4. Plans and Usage Limits

MeetRepeat offers the following plans:

• Basic (Free): Unlimited meetings with up to 6 participants per meeting
• Pro: Unlimited meetings with up to 15 participants per meeting, plus additional features including multi-day planning, recurring meetings, and unified chats view

Early Access: During our early access period, the Pro plan is available free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription pricing for the Pro plan in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

Rate Limits: To ensure system stability, rate limits apply including maximum 5 meetings created per hour and 10 invitations sent per hour.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Spam or harass other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or automatically extract data from the service

6. Email Communications

By using MeetRepeat, you consent to receive email notifications related to your meetings, including invitations, status updates, and voting reminders. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MeetRepeat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Submitted Content and Data

You are solely responsible for all content, data, and information you submit, post, or transmit through MeetRepeat, including but not limited to chat messages, meeting details, personal information, login credentials, and any other user-generated content. MeetRepeat is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content
• Any loss, corruption, deletion, or unauthorized access to user data, whether due to technical failures, security breaches, hacking, or any other cause
• Content shared between meeting participants
• Any decisions made based on information exchanged through the platform
• Any damages resulting from user-submitted content or data
• Any data breaches, security incidents, or unauthorized access by third parties
• Loss of data due to service interruptions, system failures, or account termination

You acknowledge that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and shall not be held liable for any security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access, regardless of cause. You use this service at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold MeetRepeat harmless from any claims arising from your submitted content or your use of the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MeetRepeat is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MeetRepeat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
